These Terms govern your use of the VMM Mail Merge Pro Google Workspace add-on, VMailMerge.com, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must use a Google account you are authorized to access. You are responsible for account security and all activity initiated through your account.
Permitted use
You may use VMailMerge to send lawful, permission-based communications. You must maintain accurate recipient information and honor unsubscribe, consent, privacy, and suppression requirements applicable to your messages.
Prohibited use
- Sending spam, phishing messages, malware, deceptive content, or unlawful communications.
- Sending to purchased, scraped, or improperly obtained recipient lists.
- Attempting to bypass Google sending limits, security measures, or access controls.
- Interfering with the service, reverse engineering protected components, or using the service to violate another person’s rights.
Google services and sending limits
VMailMerge works with Google Workspace services. Your use remains subject to Google’s terms, policies, quotas, and technical availability. Sending limits are controlled by Google and may change. VMailMerge does not guarantee that every message will be delivered, opened, or tracked.
User content and responsibility
You retain responsibility for recipient data, spreadsheet content, email drafts, attachments, and messages you send. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to process this information and contact each recipient.
Service changes and availability
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Fees
If paid services are introduced or selected, pricing and payment terms will be shown before purchase. Google Workspace, domain, hosting, or third-party charges are separate.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed campaign results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VMailMerge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, message-delivery failures, account restrictions, or recipient claims arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when use violates these Terms, creates security risk, or is required by law.
Changes
We may revise these Terms. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
