Yes. The Free plan supports up to 50 recipients per day for one Gmail or Google Workspace account.
Yes. Team supports 2–100 total seats, including the owner. For more than 100 users, contact sales for a custom organization plan with an agreed seat count and validity. Each member has their own daily sending allowance, subject to Google limits.
The owner purchases seats, then adds members in Team access. Invitations reserve seats; members sign in with the exact invited Google account and accept their seat to activate access. Removing a member releases their seat for reuse and does not reduce the subscription charge.
Contact support to coordinate seat changes with the original payer and payment provider. For custom organizations, the agreed allocation is assigned after billing is arranged. Unlimited is the custom organization plan name; each user still has a daily sending limit.
Use your Stripe/PayPal billing account to manage cancellation. Your VMailMerge licence access follows the billing status reported by the payment provider.
Contact support with the current and new account details. Transfers are reviewed for account security.
VMailMerge uses Google authorization for account access and only requests permissions needed for the product’s mail-merge functions.
Permissions may include reading the selected Gmail draft, sending email, working with the active spreadsheet, and updating campaign status.
Follow the Data Deletion guide to remove campaign data and revoke Google account access.
The Free plan includes 50 recipients/day. Gmail Pro: up to 500 recipients/day. Eligible paid Google Workspace: up to 2,000 recipients/day per user. Subject to Google account limits and other email usage. Trial and newly upgraded accounts may have lower limits.
Placement is determined by recipient providers and your sending practices. Use accurate content, valid recipients, sensible volume, and clear unsubscribe options.
Add columns such as First Name or Company in Google Sheets, then use matching merge fields in your Gmail draft.
No. This release sends one message to the Email address in each eligible sheet row. Leave the Gmail draft To, Cc and Bcc fields empty.
Yes. Your sheet can show sent, opened, bounced, and failed statuses, with a campaign tracking report.
Billing management
Choose Stripe or PayPal at checkout when available. Your selected provider manages renewals and invoices. Billing actions such as coupons, cancellations, refunds, invoices and payment methods are managed in Stripe/PayPal.
A licence transfer moves VMailMerge app access and remaining validity only; billing ownership stays with the original payer.
